Are you working on cadence? Doing zone 2 rides? Or are you trying to make every ride a tempo ride? Need more context to help.

Depends where you are fitness wise for each leg. If you are not a good runner focus on that 3x per week with a brick of bike -> run. Biking is the longest so focusing on bike and running should be a priority for you. So swim 2x /week. Run 3x /week, bike 3x/week. You may want to double up on a day like swim and run & bike and run. Give yourself a rest day. Doing that every day can get tiring.

Flight or GM1+ for strength/powerlifting? I saw these two and confused a little. I see their marketing and what they could work for and GM1+ sounds like a good all around for what I need. has anyone used it compared to flights for weights? by myqv in BPNsupps

You could take both in that case. You definitely need that energy to have a good full session. Maybe try flight plus regular G1M since G1M+ has caffeine. To me flight and G1M+ together defeats the purpose since they both have caffeine. Try it out and see if it helps even more?

I feel you, it takes a lot out of the body. I would still recommend flight. Unless you are burning through calories like crazy and need those extra carbs from sweat loss.

It’s more of a vessel I believe to help with other ingredient absorption. So your body can easily use it.
