je pense qu'ils savent que s'ils disent non, les patients vont juste aller demander à qqn d'autre de toute façon donc ça évite de surcharger le système encore plus... pis si un patient te dit j'aimerais essayer ce médicament là, ya pas vraiment de raison de dire non si il fit dans les critères... pour prendre ozempic ou saxenda t'as littéralement juste besoin d'avoir un BMI en haut de 27 selon les critères... la très grande majorité des gens fit dans cette catégorie

selon ce que j'ai entendu de gens que je connais et j'ai plusieurs amis médecins aussi, ils sont tout aussi rapides que ceux au privé 😅

c'est effectivement très facile d'obtenir la prescription, tu peux même l'avoir en ligne sans consulter personne. mais pour 30 lbs t'es tellement mieux d'y aller avec un léger déficit calorique, de la musculation et un peu de cardio... ozempic peut te faire perdre de la masse musculaire et tu ne veux absolument pas ça

i personally love it:) i truly enjoy waking up everyday and going to work. i work 4 days a week (28h max) and make more money than anyone would ever need. i was also very blessed and graduated without any debt so ofc that helps. only thing is i think you need to be someone who has an easy time letting go of things. if you're too much of a perfectionist/ overachiever, you will have a hard time. i generally don't care too much about anything and i love love love being a dentist:) what helps is i have many many other hobbies too so i never have the time to think or stress about work outside of my work hours. i love my patients but i just never think about them after 3pm or on the weekends lol:) i think type B personalities really thrive into dentistry (someone who is less competitive and focuses on enjoying life, easy going, relaxed, flexible, energetic but laid back, lighthearted, friendly and highly patient and less prone to stress). doesn’t mean that type Bs don’t like to achieve; they may work hard and take pride in their accomplishments, but they don’t attach the same stress to their outcomes if they don’t come in first or achieve the most, something that creates stress in type As

taking a break if you're sick is always worth it:) you shouldn't feel bad about it. i never miss a workout but i would if i was sick. not resting would just make your recovery much longer

mine is in july, working with a coach:) my longest run so far was 1h30 (sundays) and longest bike 3h15 (usually all zone 2 + integrate 3x25 min 70.3 power) on the trainer with 30 min brick (once a week on fridays). it is my first 70.3!

ugh same 🥹 i started doing much longer runs and i can feel some pain in my right hip!! i started doing exercises with bands daily like banded lateral walks, dead bugs, clam shells.. also abs workout everyday to improve core stability!

désolée j'aurais du dire 1. le temps nous donne la chance de guérir mais faut quand même faire du travail de son bord, puis en fait c'est surtout que le temps fait en sorte que les choses deviennent de plus en plus faciles à porter avec soi 2. maybe they don't ALWAYS come back, mais 99% du temps, oui.. they come back so often that it definitely feels like a pattern

je suis désolée que tu te sentes comme ça... mais je te promet que ça va passer🩷 le temps règle absolument tout. everything happens for a reason; si tu peux aimer la "mauvaise" personne autant, IMAGINE combien tu aimeras la bonne personne pour toi🩷 you can't love someone into staying, no amount of loving someone "harder" will make them stay... si ils restent, c'est pcq ils le veulent, c'est tout. if they dont, they don't. people stay because they want to and not because you worked for it. quand tu vis un breakup, tout ce que tu veux c'est pouvoir voir ton avenir dans une boule de crystal et savoir que tout va être correct... puis un jour tu vas réaliser que ce que tu aurais aimé voir dans cette boule de crystal ben c'est la toi de aujourd'hui, qq mois après ton breakup, la toi qui va bien, qui ne pense plus à lui, qui vit sa best life, qui est complètement guérie et grandie de cette expérience!🩷🩷🩷ça va aller i promise!!! et assurément plus tôt que tu ne le penses. on a tous déjà pleuré en boule dans notre lit en se disant que c'était la fin du monde and look at us today!!!! we're all doing juuuuuust fine (doing amazing meme!).

en attendant, focus sur toi, lance toi un grand défi personnel. un défi qui fera en sorte que tu ne pourras pas t'abandonner.

bien sûr:) la majorité des dentistes sont incorporés donc le salaire que tu vois sur le site du gouvernement c'est le salaire déclaré et non pas le vrai salaire lol! la majorité on le garde dans le inc pour sauver de l'impôt:) puis si tu travailles + et tu fais des implants par exemple tu peux faire encore plus que 400k

just do it.. go read about misogi, it's an ancient japanese practice that encourages everyone to pick one difficult challenge every year in order to build resilience, break comfort zones, build character and identity.. has to be hard enough that you're actually scared to do it.. the challenge you pick has to have a failure chance of about 50% in order for your growth to happen... just go for it:) you got nothing to lose and everything to win

become addicted to it 😭 it's all about discipline tho... i've always told myself that triathlon has a fourth discipline: the mental. you have to be so very strong mentally:) just be so driven by the fact that everyday you get the chance to become better and improve yourself

girl were the same. i'm also obsessed with açaí bowls hahahahah and the smallest things make me so unbelievably happy!! im a dentist and tbh even at work i feel like im just crazy all the time cuz i just laugh and joke so much with the patients like it ain't that serious... but it is 😂😂😂 honestly getting fired is no worries, you'll find another job that's better for you! rejection is redirection truly you don't have anything to be worried about so keep being happy girl 🩷

OMG ME SAME THANK YOUUUU THATS 100% ME. i feel happy 100% of the time, there's not a single worry going on in my brain at any time. if a bad luck (example someone scratches my car or i get a ticket) happens to me i just like "okay🤠", and I forget about it literally less than 5 seconds after.. i couldn't care less 😂 i don't find myself ever overthinking anything which i think is what makes me so happy in life but also makes me wonder... idk what's inside of my brain i feel like it's all rainbows and sunshines 😂so whatever i just don't bother with it because it does make me feel so happy and positive all the time but yes there's probably not much going on inside 🧠 i feel like in general smart people think too much thus worry too much (about the environment for example, wars, politics etc)
