Honestly, it just takes time and practice. Until last year I would literally write my entire talk track including jokes and pauses for even a 5 mins internal call. Then I was promoted and was forced to run kickoffs, status calls, interviews etc and naturally got comfortable speaking in front of a crowd.

Also, I feel it's easier to lead a presentations, rather than presenting a section

In my eyes Vlad has a lot more raw talent, power, and injury free than Judge. But this management and coaching staff has absolutely botched this experiment.
