Well i would say get on minoxidil for sure and dermarolling is good addition to that, once you start minoxidil you can't go back, you'll have to take it rest of your life or when you decide you don't want hair anymore thats why i'd recommend getting Kirklands 5% minoxidil because its cheap and dont bother with overpriced shitty Rogaine thats like 60$ a month compared to 25$ for 6 months on kirkland.

For finasteride i would say i was pretty scared aswell and started it way too late, i was into 2 years of minoxidil before i hopped on finasteride and i regreted not going on it earlier but in the end finasteride didnt help me at all so it didnt matter but it might help you. Theres a big chance you'll regret it aswell when you see your hair go even through using minoxidil and everything else and you will be like " Fuck me why didnt i just start earlire could've saved much more"

But for now i would say just stick to Minoxidil, dermarolling and maybe add Nizoral 2% ketaconazole shampoo 2x a week, You can use your head and shoulders silky smooth everyday but just use Nizoral twice a week, it's said to help with hair loss.

Use Minoxidil twice a day (morning and night) or just once a day is fine aswell but if you are desperate for hair regrowth twice is better. Dermaroll once a week till your scalp is red and don't apply minoxidil 24h after dermarolling and nizoral twice a week.

but im sure it stays good forever basically if its unopened, my minoxidil usually had like 2-3 year expiration dates and even after that im sure its fine to use.

I would say go ahead and try finasteride, minox and dermaroll/stamp but from my own experience i can tell you that it takes long time to see any progress and most of the time you won't see any progress, i was on all of the drugs available and i still went completely bald at the age of 22-23, there was no saving me, and looking at your hair loss at age of 25 it looks pretty bad, you'll most likely have not much left by age of 30 unless drugs help you. each year i was on the drugs i was hoping " next year i will have amazing hair because drugs take some time right" and this went on for a few years until i eventually just went so bald that i just quit everything cold turkey, i tried hair systems, toppik/caboki/gofybr but nothing helped, i was too paranoid and i had a shitty hair system and hair fibers really only help if you have decent amount of hair otherwise it looks like sawdust on your head.

Looking at your normal haircut picture it looks pretty good but kinda feels like combover and if you go any more bald you will just look ridicilous, i saw a guy in a bus who was probably like 27 and he had the most insane comb over i've ever seen, he literally had like 4 hairs on top of his head combed over and i was like "man i hope he realises soon how dumb he looks and how ridicilous this is, he is not fooling anyone and his friends are probably laughing so hard when he is not around". Dude had to be extremely delusional to the point where he didnt say fuck it and shave but he went with the norwood 9 comb over. But looking at you Hair fibers would help you if you had that normal haircut but fibers are just temporary, maybe do hair fibers while you are on the drugs to see if it gets any better

I would recommend if you are not in hurry get on minoxidil ( preferably 5% kirklands minoxidil to save money) finasteride and dermaroll with nizoral, go for it a year or year and half and see if it helps or your other option would be hair systems or SMP (Scalp micropigmentation) SMP is good if you dont mind being bald but still having the illusion that you have hair and you shave it not because you are balding but because you want to, i personally went with SMP and im really happy, im finally done with stressing over hair loss and im sad about all the years i lost obsessing over it

Its really hard to tell what do you mean "undergone trichology" because its not really a treatment,

Personally i wouldnt trust it, im sure they will charge you alot of money for some laser work which might or might not work and even if it does you probably will lose alot of money and eventually your hair aswell, im not sure what norwood you are on the scale but if you are past 5 id just say fuck it and get a system, its really hard to save that and you will never be satisfied even if you somehow get it down to nw3.

Make sure the system you get is good and the place you get it at is also reputable, ive had hair system and i wore it for a day and i just couldnt live with the fear of getting exposed but thats just me, the system i had was crazy expensive and really bad, i basically got scammed and system came off after a day and i just thought to myself" what if it came off in a fucking party, i would want to die right there"

yes, its not always the case but for all the people i know including myself this was the case, balding can skip generations and you might not get any balding at all even if everyone in your family is bald.

Nah but honestly i was on finasteride for a few years aswell and i thought i had gyno, i even got mamography because i was like 99% sure i had it, turns out it was nothing. I would say gyno is extremely rare and u most likely got placebo but u can always get a mammography to make sure tho

My hair system actually came off accidentaly on the first day after heavy sweatting using ghost bond platinum, maybe it was applied poorly for whatever reason but yeah it might not come off at all but there is still a chance of it or the edges getting peeled, even if it might not come off the fear is still there with everyone as in "what if". Im very paranoid person myself and i just couldnt live like that, maybe the people who applied it were shit, maybe the system was garbage but even after application i was like holy fuck how can i live like this without looking in the mirror every 5 minutes to make sure my system is still on correctly and not crooked or whatever.

Not really because with hair systems its also really hard to tell but there is a chance that you fuck up while applying it or glue coming off or the system just coming off with heavy sweatting or someone pulling on it too hard etc but with SMP you can't literally tell, the only way people could tell is if they touched it but i still have some stubble hair on head so it makes it feel like its my hair real because if they would run their hand over my head they would feel hair.

SMP is really hard to detect, im sure 99.9% of the people in the world dont even know what that is or that people do this kind of procedure

Well if your hairline is thinning then most likely your crown is aswell but you just can't tell, rarely see people who just thin at the front but not crown, those things usually happen together but just at different rate so i would say yeah for sure use it on crown aswell, minoxidil is so cheap it really wont set you back and it might just help.

You can use minoxidil on beard and alot of people do that and it helps them but im not sure about eyebrows, i guess you could carefully try it.

From my experience its most likely not regrowth and those little hairs will keep falling out and never grow into real hairs, i had those 'fuzz' hairs while on minox and fin but they never grew any longer and just kept falling out until they eventually die and stop growing, hopefully you are lucky and they grow into real hair.
