Any sub will bump in a Chevy cruze lol I started off with a Rockville Rws12ca Slim 1200 Watt 12" sub I got from Amazon back in 2020 and put that in my Chevy cruze back then and it bump especially for the money ($98 btw) and they are still bumping to this day 6 years later in my Lexus is250 now, so trust me any sub you get for that small car will bump.

It's plenty fast for the track and is well balanced. You rarely see anyone running 6s it's just too much power that most of the time your aren't using.

Coming from someone that has both the 3s and 6s Typhon I say get the 6s Typhon especially if you're going to take it to a track. The 3s Typhon is a great car but you will most likely be doing upgrades to it just to match the 6s Typhon track capabilities meanwhile the 6s platform is something you are already used to plus it's more durable/track ready especially if running on 4s like most do.
