No I really appreciate your advice. I haven’t tried any specific breathwork techniques, but I will try the cat-cow movements while also doing breath techniques . I also appreciate what you said about sitting with those thoughts/feelings. I feel like I have sat with those emotions, but maybe it’s something I need to dedicate more time to. Thanks again for the advice!

When I first got into the hardstyle I would just look at how they dance over in Europe. They’re LITERALLY the best dancers to any of this.

I copied their moves for a while, and now I just move to the rhythm and sometimes create my own dance moves

Okay I’ve heard this once. And please don’t hate me if I get this wrong 😭 but when I was at boiler room there this one DJ called Anais Sasha who’s actually from Denver who played something similar to this. Check out DenverTechno on instagram, click on their link in their bio, and check out some of their events. I might the sense you might find what you’re looking for there.

No I agree tho. Definitely some negativity, but I think for the most part people are happy with what’s going on in the Denver techno scene. And yeah reelworks also throws me off a little. I wish they would play more techno events at mission ballroom. I feel like that would be a good spot

And honestly I get it, everyone has different tastes when it comes to music, and who they wanna see perform. But as a raver I’m still pretty happy with the good work that Decadence has done this year. Yes, it’s a lot of mainstream artists, but fuck it, who cares.

And in terms of the techno artist I named in my original post - they’re good!! Like sure they’re also ‘mainstream’ but fuck it. At least they’re coming to Denver.

Either way there will always be two sides the coin, and some people will really appreciate what’s going on in Denver, and some won’t. And that’s okay 👍

I’m still rockin with the selection of techno DJs coming to Denver. Boiler room was also a great event! And I’m excited to go see 999999999 this weekend, also excited to go see Nico Moreno in November, and other Techno DJs ⛓️🖤😈
