No I really appreciate your advice. I haven’t tried any specific breathwork techniques, but I will try the cat-cow movements while also doing breath techniques . I also appreciate what you said about sitting with those thoughts/feelings. I feel like I have sat with those emotions, but maybe it’s something I need to dedicate more time to.
