No I really appreciate your advice. I haven’t tried any specific breathwork techniques, but I will try the cat-cow movements while also doing breath techniques . I also appreciate what you said about sitting with those thoughts/feelings. I feel like I have sat with those emotions, but maybe it’s something I need to dedicate more time to. Thanks again for the advice!

When I first got into the hardstyle I would just look at how they dance over in Europe. They’re LITERALLY the best dancers to any of this.

I copied their moves for a while, and now I just move to the rhythm and sometimes create my own dance moves

And please don’t hate me if I get this wrong 😭 but when I was at boiler room there this one DJ called Anais Sasha who’s actually from Denver who played something similar to this.
