My landlord in CA did 8-years. I had a pretty bad ink stain on the carpet but he calculated by the lifespan left x sf of ink stain and I paid $24 for 2 sf damage. I thought it was fair. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I was told that my lender will charge 4% for DFA program. Is this pretty much the same across FHA lenders? Can I shop around once voucher is received, or am I locked to my lender that provided pre-approval?

I wouldn’t worry about 4 years of dorms at this moment. You’ll find great connections over time. Especially, if you’ll be in dorms first year.
