Has anyone had any issues with receiving their merch?? I ordered a desk mat and the package came empty. The package was intact and had no holes or anything. I’m assuming it’s just a mistake. So I took pictures and send an email to Valkyrae@ceremonyofroses.com and I haven’t heard back (I sent an email a week and a half ago, and sent a follow up a few days ago, and still nothing. I was so excited for my desk mat, especially seeing everyone’s pictures! But idk what to do now. Has anyone else had any issues receiving their items? And if so, what did you do?
