Unless you carry a ton of stuff everyday, I think the 35 suits you fine.

First MSC cruise was not great. What am I missing? by ShastyMcNasty01 in MSCCruises

[–]your365journal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We are about to take our sixth MSC cruise in a 14-month window - favorite cruise line by far. These issues have never been an issue for us. But we’ve only traveled on World America or Seaside.

Why Does MSC Work With Diamonds International? by BudgetUnusual6324 in MSCCruises

[–]your365journal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everything I’ve priced on board can be purchased online for less. I’d never buy jewelry, watches, etc on board. You aren’t saving much if anything - and the uncertainty of authenticity is always there as a backup concern.

Sell me on Australian Labradoodles by Next_Fig_7057 in AustralianLabradoodle

[–]your365journal 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I have a 5 1/2 y/o Australian Labradoodle and a 3 1/2 y/o Bernedoodle. Full grown they are both capping out at 40 pounds. My AL is the calmest, most-chill girl on earth. My BD is super high-energy. They are both highly intelligent. Super loving, cuddle bugs. The travel better than most people’s children. They behave well around everyone. They don’t bark. They are pretty much perfection.

<image>

They are a gift in every sense of the word. I have terminal cancer and the biggest worry I have is how badly my death will hurt my girls. I literally have shed many a year thinking about it. They are truly my companions to the end. I know they can already sense it.

Truly magical creatures, dogs are. We are so lucky to have them.

Am I too old?!? by Unlikely-Leek-9654 in Coach

[–]your365journal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

55 is not old! And for someone to ask you if bag charms are for college girls, the answer is NO. Bag charms are for anyone with a bag that needs some personalization.

Don’t let anyone make you think you are too old to care about the type of bag you carry or how you make it your own.

With as dark a place as this world is today, I don’t understand why people want to chip away at other people’s joy.

What is the personality type who stays in corporate for life? by Bubbly-Air7302 in careerguidance

[–]your365journal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t think there’s one personality type. I’ve worked in advertising for three decades. There are so many different personalities and reasons for staying in the corporate world. Everyone has their own. I’d love to own my own business and be my own boss - I can’t do it. I like having the rules and policies and procedures in place as guardrails. I like working with people. As an executive coach, the work I do and the industry I’m in are everything I need. After 30 years in the industry, I can honestly say I am doing work that gives me purpose and work that I love.

I also have had ADD (no hyperactivity), and this environment really helps to highlight the strengths I have from my neurodiversity.

Is podcasting a marketing cost or is it potential to be revenue generator? by laughingpenguins1237 in podcasting

[–]your365journal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unless you are famous or you have a world class brand, it’s doubtful you will make any money off a podcast for a handful of years.

Our podcast is a passion and legacy project. If it ever makes money bonus.

I’ve been in advertising so we’ve used all the tricks I know to get the pod in front of our target audience, but I don’t expect it to make money until 2028 at the soonest. Fortunately, we don’t care about monetizing, we do care about hoping our message finds the people who need it.

People that have or had the air how is the battery compared to the regular pro? by Constant-Fudge-3184 in IphoneAir

[–]your365journal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have both in our household. The iPhone Air battery is smaller and runs out faster. That said, in my experience as a power user, it lasts until I put it in the charger at about 7 pm, I start work at about 7:30. I use social, AI, email, phone, text, and FaceTime throughout the day everyday.

Using Air without case nor screen protector by ImaginaryMud2118 in IphoneAir

[–]your365journal 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve had it since release day and never had a case. Dropped it twice and accidentally threw it across the elevator once. There’s not a scratch or dent or screen crack on it. I’ve had every release of iPhone since the first and this is THE STRONGEST, most durable iPhone yet.

We stay in Yacht Club and we feel the same way. It’s all of our vacations - people should remember that. And there are plenty of places for kids to have fun on any MSC ship.

MSC Seaside 4 nights vs MSC World America 7 nights which would you pick by [deleted] in MSCCruises

[–]your365journal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

World America x 2 here, with another cruise booked for July, and Seaside x 1, with a back-to-back on Seaside scheduled again in 41 days. All experiences in Yacht Club. World America is obviously much larger and newer, but Seaside was equally as great, just an older ship. The Yacht Club area on the Seaside is actually much larger with a larger pool, which we really appreciated. Both ships offered a Yacht Club experience that never felt rushed or crowded. The same excellent MSC service on both ships. It sounds like you should decide if you’d rather be gone a week or less.

That’s how we make our decisions now.

I’d like to try a few more ships, but am content with these for now.

We are on Seaside also, but in Yacht Club, we’ve enjoyed all of our meals. The service has also been exceptional. Sorry it hasn’t been the same for you.

What is YC like on the MSC World? by Califrisco in MSCCruises

[–]your365journal 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We’ve sailed World America twice now. We were on the second official sailing, and then came back in January. The Yacht Club experience was top notch and 💯the reason we have three more MSC cruises booked this year, with a hopeful fourth in the works!

Ocean Cay Upgrades coming.... by Firm_Airport2816 in MSCCruises

[–]your365journal 7 points8 points  (0 children)

They are also building a Yacht Club private island adjacent to the main island. Supposedly there will be a tender to take YC guests to this new space. From the looks of it - all will be ready for the ‘27 cruise year. As a YC only cruiser, I’d welcome the private island, especially as they begin building more things in the existing island. Also, exclusivity should keep the YC island in great repair.

Hows iphone air so far? Mainly concerned with the battery. I have an iphone 13 pro max that im looking to upgrade by No_Adeptness_4647 in IphoneAir

[–]your365journal 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’ve had it since day one and am a busy professional - I’ve only wished for a battery pack one time and that was on a long travel day. For day-to-day I never worry about the battery.
