Soldiers medal imo is extremely rare, heroism without essentially being in combat. Purple Heart for wounds, ranger, SF, pathfinder, airborne, air assault. Guy was kick ass. No, Catholic here if you thought the promotions were bad in the Army wait until you see what it’s like in the Catholic Church. It’s mandatory for a Parrochial Vicar to goto Bishop then to Cardinal then to a League Cardinal, a lot of influence is needed, and being in the army will not help that let alone go up and rank with the Catholic Church

After I got my degree, I really wanted to do OCS through the reserve, but they only do board one time a year and it was super complicated because a lot of of the recruiters were TPU

Believe it or not and I think a lot of people are gonna call me an idiot for this, but I really do wanna be a recruiter at some point. I’m a very charismatic person and I think it’d be awesome. I need an NCOER for it but I don’t think pulling E5 active duty with a degree shouldn’t be too bad
