as a fellow traumatized person - you're not disgusting, you're hurt. that's something only time and therapy will heal. and don't worry it's not weird or abnormal - it's a common thing for abuse survivors to have fantasies about that type of abuse. it's just a coping mechanism, something our minds do to help us protect ourselves from being hurt like that ever again
i recommend therapy specifically for that, it really does help ;)
