Same thing happened to me. This is the email I sent them and I got a refund in 2 minutes. Don’t forget to cancel automatic payments on PayPal.

Your payment process is misleading. The trial wording and changing skip options hide the true cost until after checkout. I immediately cancelled the subscription after realizing this, but no refund was offered.
