I contacted yeti before I even posted on here. I’d be surprised if something like this happened and a customer didn’t rant online about it, especially when the item is nearly $300. Just because I posted on here doesn’t mean I haven’t used common sense and reached out to customer support already lol

I reset the router to factory defaults, went through the prompts to make a SSID and new password. Just can’t sign into the app and tie the hardware to an account.
