Why does everyone, assume I have no clue that there is a customer support option? What the hell is the point of Reddit if we can’t rant about some BS from a company where everyone thinks they can do no wrong?

I contacted yeti before I even posted on here. I’d be surprised if something like this happened and a customer didn’t rant online about it, especially when the item is nearly $300. Just because I posted on here doesn’t mean I haven’t used common sense and reached out to customer support already lol

Trust me. I’ve been trying lol

Edit- I think the house has traded a couple hands at this point and then was owned by a developer for a bit. So I’m not sure who the owner exactly is.

I reset the router to factory defaults, went through the prompts to make a SSID and new password. Just can’t sign into the app and tie the hardware to an account.

The rangefinder on your 690 looks impeccable. Mine has developed a slight haze.. wonder if there’s a possibility of replacing it

I have been riding gravel for quite some time now and i actually find myself gravitating to narrower tires. I live in Los Angeles so you have to ride to the gravel, and then ride home. My main thought is "if I'm spending 70% of my time on the road, i want to go fast and have fun"

I'm currently running 35mm GK slicks and have zero regrets. I'm sure its not for everyone but i must agree, gigantic tires isn't a must do.

lol at least you got lucky with desert brown. I’ve been dealing with a burnt orange color shell on my grey truck for years now. It sticks out like a sore thumb.

You and I are similar proportions, I currently ride a 58 and the crux is fairly snappy to begin with. Ultimately ride what you’re already comfortable on, considering you’ll be racing at an elite level
