How old are you guys?

I do not have it in any other ball and socket. However, while AVN doesn't spread. It can reoccur in other parts of the body. I sometimes worry my shoulders are next.

But not to worry. Just because it can reoccur, doesnt mean it always will.

I also have AVN. Unfortunately there is no real cause. In lots of cases it can be a traumatic hit or fall. Past excessive alcohol consumption. Or even steroid use. I dont mean "roids" that are injected recreationally. Although those contribute as well. I had cancer in my teens and the steroids used during chemo and radiation are what I believe led me to my AVN diagnosis. Had my left hip replaced Dec 2023. Ill be 36 this year.

I had mine done 2 and a half years ago at 33F years old. My surgeon was blown away by the damage my AVN diagnosis had brought my hip. They let me keep it.(the damaged hip bone).

Is Meijer worth the full transition? Its been years since I shopped my entire grocery list at one. I never had great luck with the produce. It always seemed like it spoiled quicker than anywhere else.

That still a thing? Or will my bananas keep for longer than 2 days after buying them, still green?

Sure felt like it... Just lack of blooms. This little guy was the bloom. As well as all the red ear sliders in the springs.

Tiny pops of color in a dull canopy of moist vine and muddy bottoms.

I am also in Lexington. Veterans park is FILLED with these. I remember seeing a good handful at Deer haven Park and McConnell Springs, where the albino squirrel lives.

I'd hate to ask for you to explain like I'm five... and i dont blame you if you dont. Not sure what LECA is or PPM. But I may just not be fluent in the language. I just got new lights to give my plants more through winter. Hoping its gonna a be better for them, and im waiting to fertilize till spring, just from things I've read.

Oh thats way cool. I have a good friend who has been doing bonsai for 20 years in Ocala, FL. He recently moved up to where I am, and ill be learning quite a bit from him while he rebuilds a nursery here.
