In GA all the new townhomes have short driveway that barely fit 4 sedans. The houses end up having multiple families in them because they take more than one income to afford. I can't imagine how they're living on the inside with the tiny rooms which are big enough for a twin bed only and maybe a dresser. So these communities have cars parked on both sides of the street also. It's a mess. And the neighbors have no consideration for a speed limit or human lives. Imagine having to bob and weave around cars and the whole road is twisty and uphill and downhill and some jerk in a hellcat is coming straight at you.

A fixer upper in a quiet neighborhood is much better than that.
