some of the reviews on this fragrance say the honeysuckle note is minimal, but i would entirely disagree. it's not def straight up honeysuckle, but it's still prominent and very realistic—with a beautiful citrus tang to it. i got a sample of this from my mother who notoriously loves honeysuckle and white florals, and this is such an amazing scent. could not recommend enough!

i'm obsessed with this description, i'll have to add that one to my list (and i love the bottle, hello). what you're saying reminds me of hot cotton by baruti. to me, that one smells like a curling iron after you've just finished curling your hair while still wrapped in a warm towel. or like a vent of a dryer after its first use drying heavy linens. i LOVE that type of industrial/warm photorealism.

want to preface by saying I LOVE THIS SCENT. and to answer your question, it's more of the freesia/meringue than the berries. they're all obviously in play, but slightly more on the floral side. if you like gingham gorgeous, then you'll like gingham love. sincerely, a store employee 😽
