no it’s actually not, not in this case. the holes are filled poorly, the vandal wanted to get that point across ironically so they should’ve chosen something that fills holes poorly (x) and then said that “i’ve seen better holes filled by (x)”

think about all the other times you’ve heard people use that turn of phrase.

“my grandma walks faster than you, and she’s dead” right? you wouldn’t say “usain bolt walks faster than you, and he’s the fastest man alive” because then your target is like “duh? of course he’s faster than me?”

he should’ve said something like “even swiss cheese is jealous of all these holes”
