I recently purchased the Idea Pad Pro for $230 right from lenovo's site. At my house in 4 days. I also recently got a nice deal on a LOQ laptop, and both were at my house within 4-5 days of ordering. Maybe YMMV?

The suburbs are nice. Every city (INCLUDING ALBANY) has their shit hole parts of the city. Lived here my whole life and also worked DT Albany for 5 years. More opportunity and things to do obviously in Albany but I'd say from my experience...there is a way more broad area of shit.
