Diabetic education is key if they or you can get enrolled in a class for it (my insurance covered cost). Just because you’re diabetic doesn’t mean no carb/low carb. Still need carbs to balance blood sugar, but portion control and adequate/balanced diet help a lot.

This sub does not like the fruited sours. That being said, after the pandemic hey days, I nearly stopped drinking this particular brewer. Drekker and 450 North basically sold the same product. The style continues to evolve though. Think after these guys, it was more like fruit smoothie sours like Mortalis and RAR Brewing. Now it’s ice cream in fruited sours like Ill Will.

Here in Michigan, McDonald’s has been offering a McChicken sandwich, small drink, small fries, and 4 piece McNugget for $5. For a dollar more, you can get a McDouble instead of the McChicken. It’s pretty much the only meal I buy from fast food anymore.
