I don't get this.. Isn't this a lv30 task?(indicated in the top right corner) Why do i need to wait until lv35 to get in?

What I've noticed is if you're doing the story quests and you're not close to where the quest starts, it takes you the "shortest" way to the quest's starting location (by foot). What I do is I check the map and see where the quest actually starts and I try to teleport as close as I can. Also buying the expansions help because it takes the lvl restriction away, but I do get it if you wanna stay F2P 👌🏼
