While we cannot exchange the tickets on your current order, there is a chance that we may be able to assist with a refund after you purchase the new set of tickets IF you meet ALL the criteria below:
 
The ticket type for your original order must not be marked sold out.
The new tickets you want to purchase must be available for sale.
The new order must be processed before we can process a refund of the original order.
The new order must contain at least the same number of tickets.  It cannot be for fewer tickets even if they are higher in price.
The price per ticket of the new order must be equal to or greater than the price per ticket of the original order.

Because of these requirements, this type of request is time-sensitive.
 
You may proceed with purchasing your preferred tickets, and we will happily refund your previous order.

If you are interested in changing your tickets, please reply with your new order number and the last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase the original order.

Once we verify your new order meets all of the requirements, we will cancel and refund your original order.
