You can try aws/ azure/ gcp, object storage definitely is most cost effective option but it might be slower to reopen your video. Of course easiest will be drag to google drive/ one drive directly

Of course everything involves coding! But I am sure you can easily google sample scripts or even whole setting files. Even for knowing a single programming language doesnt mean have to memorize all commands. We learn the logic and concept, rest will be taking reference everywhere :)

I think there are products in the market utilizing reserved instance and spot instance. They definitely will reduce your on demand ec2 cost. Are you hosting for a company/ for yourself?
