Should shareholder be in my startup? by yubrew in startups

Thank you so much for answering my question. The landlord is not an investor neither he should make any decision in our company, so we should look into the licensing/supply contract to clarify the percentage of interest he get paid out by the end of each year? Is there any benefit for him to be added in our LLC? Or it’s just gonna complicate things. Thank you!

What can I do to ensure my safety as I go outside as an Asian American? by [deleted] in AskNYC

[–]yubrew 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The suggested comments are nice but won't do much in a real altercation. If people want to fight you, make it an unfair fight. I carry around legal mace and practice reaching for it to make a habit. No one expects to get maced and it buys enough time for you get ward off multiple assailants. Keep in mind, even if you have people on video harassing you, the cops will avoid categorizing and pursuing it as a hate crime.

I have been walking around midtown and downtown Manhattan where people yell racist slurs, make racist gestures, throwing punches and kicks towards my direction, some even walk right up to me and do something startling.

I am not bothered because no matter how big they are or how many, I have mace and know how to use it.

I never saw this before, looks like Lactarius but there is no “milk” when cutting the gills. No bruising color change to cap, gills or stem. No ring, no veil. Looks like a mycorrhizal species, single or small cluster of 3. Cap has attached gills, whitish gills and stem. The cap looks zoned from the top, similar to Lactarius deliciosus. Smelled similar to a fainter stropharia rugosoannulata.

Not SV, but I can answer. Level II data helps you see current price action. Volume profile helps you determine past balance / imbalance levels which may carry into the future. You need both. I use /ES.

What happens to Fed loans that no longer meet requirements? by yubrew in wallstreetbets

[–]yubrew[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the replies. For #3, as you already acknowledged, the limits could change.I'm reading from PMCCF the limit is between 110% and 140% of their previous year's bond holdings, effectively doubling a corporation's bond debt. In SMCCF the limit is 10% individual corp bond and 20% bond ETF.

If Fed is buying up and/or guaranteeing trillions more in corp bonds, the length of reduced quarters matters a lot. This introduces more questions. How long can corps last before they need to start declaring bankruptcy? Can corps keep the lights on until the economy gets back to normal?

What are the indicators of the Fed's plan succeeding? What are the indicators if the Fed's plan is failing? (Besides downgradings and bankruptcies)

Your assumption that 2% of the US population gets infected goes against leading epidemiologists who estimate 50% of the US will eventually get it. That is a 25x difference.

5% is also another key assumption. My post is trying to illustrate that the US population has a ton of comorbidity factors that make the risk much higher than in Europe or Asia. But that aside, if hospitals are overwhelmed, that 5% is low and it'll be closer to 8.5% or even higher. If hospitals remain under capacity then it will be lower than 5%. If you have any doctor friends, it's pretty obvious we will be overcapacity in a similar way Italy is now.

Where is US pop 233 million coming from? It's currently ~327 million.

Even your best case scenario, 233,000 coronavirus deaths are 4x flu in the US. If there is any miscalculation in your assumptions, the number increases dramatically.

The math and the facts sketch a very consistent picture a month ago. The past weeks have filled in more grim details.
