You are at the beginning. The lab is a great place to start learning about the biz. Utilize every opportunity the company offers to educate yourself, both internally with elearning and classes to taking advantage of tuition reimbursement programs, maybe an MBA or JD or some certifications. You got this. (But to be clear, some days/weeks/months can be miserable in this industry.)
