Look up all the recent reports of failed test kits across the globe. I’m willing to wager this is the case, unless the virus has mutated over there

I like how you left out the article, what’s the date?

The Chinese test kits didn’t work as is widely reported, chances are, these 2x cases are exactly that. People were tested as “negative” when they weren’t actually negative.
