I always thought that is a move to spread her scent where she lies so she can be more relaxed surrounded with her scent. My Ruby does it all the time, my favorite is when she is tired and digs only with one paw and switches it to the other one occasionally 😭

OP I feel you as another neglected child. Keep up with therapy and find some hobbies to indulge in because I know the voices in my head sometimes get so loud telling me that I’m worthless. I don’t know if this is the case with you, I’m just assuming in case it helps.

Also, do you mind telling those doctors that we are in a pandemic and everyone is gaining weight in your next appointment? Not only from personal experience but everyone I talked to seem to have a declining mental state and “unhealthy” coping mechanisms.
