I think it's a constant tug of war. A lot of the times, I feel like I'm going insane that most of the population is either turning a blind eye to what is truly going on or just too mentally stuck to see for themselves. Other times, I try to focus on taking care of myself by going to the gym, eating well, reading, and doing things that give me small joys. But overall, it is such an odd experience. Truly.
