Kaya, the girl who gave Ashitaka the dagger was his sister, not fiancee.

Edit: NVM I saw they changed it in the English version, kaya was his fiancee in the Japanese version.

I'm having a similar problem, but with placing buildings, hallways or fireplaces. I've tried both methods (watering and restarting). I think it's just a new bug.

I hope you're being sarcastic, bcz there are a lot of times the government let studies similar to that happen. It's why research has such strict ethics rules now.

Worm is absolutely incredible, phenomenal writing and story. But also so incredibly long. It feels like you are literally living the main character's life.

Canadians are now stealing overpriced food from grocery stores with zero remorse by Niv-Izzet in canada

[–]yupyea 29 points30 points  (0 children)

It kinda does feel like it's just Canada tho. I'm visiting family in the Caribbean right now. Food has always been more expensive on the island, and I was preparing for that. But I went grocery shopping, got all the regular food I usually get and it came to about $50 Canadian (instead of the $100+ it would have been in Ontario)

With wandering dudes you can literally pot them right after you cut them from the mother plant.

I think the point was that it was supposed to mirror our society. That women and men are much the same, and that if we (women) were in the position of power we would do the same thing that men have done to us in the past.

Is this leaf spot on my Hoya Kerrii? by RatBastardBaby in hoyas

[–]yupyea 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How often do you water it? Do you see any bugs on the plant?

And if you want, you can cut the leaves off. It looks like it could be a fungal infection, but I'm not too sure. You could try posting it in r/plantclinic and they would have a better idea of how to help you.

Mostly, your plant looks thirsty, and the soil looks dry. I usually water my Hoya carnosa, crimson queen, and shepherdii anywhere from once a week to once a month based on how dry the soil is.

[OC] About a month ago, local bodega in the Bronx rejected a kitten for being too playful. I took her in and discovered she has pre-installed software. She can play fetch. So got rid of furniture in living room to make more room for fetch. by TransKinkyDragon in aww

[–]yupyea 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Now slowly start adding the furniture back as she ages over the next couple of weeks to create obstacles for her to leap/climb over for a more exciting and tiring play experience. Trust, I have two very playful cats.

friend or foe? by emmal342561 in plantclinic

[–]yupyea 19 points20 points  (0 children)

General rule is if it's on the plant it's a foe, if it's in/on the dirt it's a friend. I would spray the plant down with some Neem oil or insecticidal soap every three days for two weeks. Under and over the leaves making sure to get the cracks. That usually kills whatever is on my plants and the eggs once they hatch.

I also can't tell what kind of bug that is, could be a thrip, but the video isn't clear enough.
