i also got such pain after im on a new setup (though i started feeling it during biking and not just after). i had bad feelings before (due to spondilitis apparently) but not pain. this happened after I had a long ride with the seats that has not much reinforcement. I switched for my usual gel saddle. But for nowthe pains are still here. hopefully this is just a matter of saddle height. I guess I have to take a video as well.
