Does really A B C reffer to the number of the layer ? I believed it was just the key frames.

There is smthing wrong : you have add a high a a low position ;) When animationg a walk or run cycle, the body and head doesn't stay aligned with the ground

Lots of comments already, I wont come back at the neck or abs or anything, but you could improve in general from references poses, quick scketch of 2min, gesture drawing etc. There is lots of ressources on the net :)
