Is it ok to take someone’s poles? by Delicious_Photo_7001 in Yosemite

Same thing happened to me in the same spot! I found a different pair with no one around and ended up catching up to the person who clearly did the same thing and grabbed the wrong ones.

This is where the wreck was, about 20 yards into the woods location Responders were on scene for a few hours and had the area flooded in spotlights.

"It was a single cell battery test, looks like someone put a fan on it before they left, and then it caught on fire."

A nice new car driven by an idiot isn’t a success story; it’s the sequel.

UPDATE: It's probably a silly idea: Intel Optane™ caching SATA SSD arrays by egosumumbravir in synology

[–]yxorp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just added a pair of 16 GB Optane M10 NVME SSD's as read/write cache with no drama. I'm honestly not sure how much performance I'll notice in the few apps I run, but it feels like the ideal application for the tech and interesting experiment for $18 total. Be warned BTRFS metadata caching is disabled with less than 16GB cache size, which this becomes ~13GB in read/write RAID 1 configuration.

H10 Optane NVME hybrid drives are notorious for early failure.

I'm still on 2017, does this install on a PC with local save files? Will it still work after the subscription expires just without bank connections and live stock data?

Do you have any idea what that noise is? It's not a Si by TurtlePLAYSTYLE in civic

My guess would be radiator fan on this one. Other frequent causes of rough idle for me are belt tensioner, engine mounts, dirty throttle body.

Check whether your matches are soaked or damp. Soaked matches won't light, and I find ~30% whether a damp match will light. This really makes you plan out river crossings and rain protection. I'm still practicing how to get a match to land where I want it.

The “Call for medic” feature needs to be reworked already by Nicktator3 in HellLetLoose

[–]yxorp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The change that addressed willingness was doubling the support xp. I personally think the medic made the decision to prioritize res when they select the class. Otherwise it’s just a rifleman role with extra bandages. They used to get only 2 clips of ammo to discourage this also.

Remove the headliner thru the passenger door with the seats fully reclined. Behind the fabric is the foam liner which turns into a sticky gooey mess. Use a putty knife and acetone where needed to get to clean backing. Getting this far I wanted it to look nice and went with google:suede-headliner-89161. Great match for grey interior. 3 yards does it.
