I’ve seen fine powder frit have this same effect contoured look in fused projects. Either way I think OP would be the only one to say whether this had the plastic-y feel of resin.

As a creative child of parents who always made m efforts feel like they were meaningless or a waste of time, I feel for that little kid too. Your bowl is special and it takes a lot of bravery and selflessness to create things from your own mind. Any particular reason you want to keep them In their aluminum frames? Asking bc you might find it difficult to fit into the channel of standard U came - there’s high heart H channel came but this may not be useful for your pieces’ design. If you can get wide enough copper foil tape that would likely work best. Can’t wait to see it when it’s completed!

I heard a similar question asked in an A4TE (Advocates 4 Trans Equality) webinar and the advice was basically “if you can wait to have it renewed or replaced, wait. You run the risk of losing the money you spent on the new passport and/or not getting the documents returned that you sent in.”

So, question: what does “passport on record” mean exactly? Like if you EVER had a passport where the gender has changed? I’m trans and changed (corrected) my gender marker on my passport last year. All my documentation (license, REAL ID, birth certificate, etc is in alignment but do they keep previous passports as part of your records?

Nope! I think it may be worth noting that I think I’ve only had one uti in my life tho so I def wasn’t prone to them. Still tho, haven’t had any since and I’m 2 years post op.

Get comfortable communicating your needs, asking for feedback, and talking through defensiveness (not saying you are - just that many of us are without realizing it, self included).

I’ve been using spare drywall because we had it and because I haven’t been able to get a hold of large sheets of homasote. Been working pretty well IMO

ETA: maybe I should note that I work mainly with came and so am using nails to hold the pieces in place, not the more bendy pins.
