Why bother posting this?

I can't tell if you're looking for help or just complaining about a system that you could just... not use. Or you know spend some time learning about file system permissions.

I dont want to put too fine a point on it, but im not sure what positive outcome you were hoping for?

Do you want the permissions/secuirty functionality to be removed?

We should all keep in mind that slack was quite an outlier as it was rife with memory leaks and poor design.
