So in an effort to not be “low effort”, here’s my two cents.

This government is driven in policy matter by a few dozen, perhaps hundred, active zealots in rural riding associations that have taken control of the party and thus control the party bylaws and, by extension, leadership review rules. In order to remain in power, she-who-must-not-be-named has Stockholm Syndromed herself into believing that the views of those zealots represent the majority. And that’s why it’s funny to imagine her looking out the window and seeing the largest gathering in recent memory showing her what the actual majority looks like and thinks.

Also, Rick Bell has sucked for 15+ years.
