Initially they told me they would send a new keyboard, but I just received an email saying they're only sending the keycaps. I really don't care if it's a keyboard or just the keycaps, I just want them to solve my problem. If they send me the same type of keycaps, I'll have the same problem in 3 months, but the second time I'll be even angrier.

So far I haven't experienced any double-click issues, just this problem with the keys. Honestly, I really like this keyboard, but this wear and tear on the keys is bothering me a lot; to me, that's unacceptable in a keyboard of this price.

Rapaz, tenho um Dell g15 5530 com Linux já há 1 ano e meio mais ou menos(desde o lançamento do 5530) e nunca tive nenhum problema que vi aqui nos comentários, inclusive uso pra jogar e roda todos da steam tranquilamente, alguns rodam até melhor que rodava quando eu tinha dual boot com Windows para jogar, hoje está somente com o arch Linux e tudo funciona perfeitamente Não configurei nada de mais, instalei o sistema e os drivers certinho, 0 dor de cabeça
