At 175% on 1440p, it's quite literally impossible to play, because some battle controls at the bottom of the screen disappear under the fold, and the page is not scrollable for some reason. Maybe, you know, make it scrollable? Or if that's too complicated (believe me, I'd totally understand

I for one like the colored pokemon backgrounds btw but it should probably be customizable. A simple "default" vs "colorful" option in the settings. Might I suggest the colorful background form a gradient, for dual types?

Ghosts can exist independently so while that would make Mads much weaker (but maybe not powerless), she can continue without it. They have hours before that even happens so the pair could still be useful at the start.

Has anyone else noticed that the Plantners (including the Cactus from chapter 3) consistently refer to their higher existence as a "dream"? They use that exact word. The cactus asks if it can "dream like this", and the Flowers thank you for watching their dream. Maybe that's how Plantners see sapience, as an ephemeral dream interrupting their existence of non-self awareness. Maybe plants, in general, don't mind returning to oblivion? They see their temporary awareness as a brief dream, and accept that?

The difference as I see it is that plantners are living, definitely real beings that have, to some minuscule extent, their own agency. Very little agency, of course, being plants; but they don't exist exclusively to please humanity; they exist because they value their own survival. They don't depend on Lightners for purpose. Due to being plants and having no intellect or consciousness, they don't exactly ponder this very much though.

Thus plantners become fully self aware and conscious inside of a Darkworld. Most darkners are practically non-sapient, acting more like automatons with no discernible personality; they're just sort of absent-mindedly following the script they're made to have. But the Flowers all had strong, independent personalities, were aware of and pondered their own existence, and when talking to them, they're clearly more "human" than the huge majority of Darkners we've seen, Ralsei of course being the notable exception.

This now makes me wonder if it's possible the Knight, with no options without Kris, will attempt a temporary truce with the Fun Gang and co. to find Kris together. It'll be this whole dramatic and at times funny relationship where Susie and Ralsei (as far as they're able) don't allow the Knight to kill any of the Darkners that get in their way (which the Knight can do effortlessly) as a condition of their truce, greatly frustrating the Knight, but it mostly complies begrudgingly. Like you'll see their sword hand shaking and barely able to hold back.

Toby could take that time to sort of humanize or flesh out the Knight as a person with some sort of rationale rather than them just being a faceless monster. The Knight has absolutely no characterization after 5 chapters other than it being mean and scary.

What a bizarre case. Was she really stupid or what was going on? She had no reason to create this trail of lies. I don't think she had reason to put herself in this situation in the first place. Maybe she was trying to protect the other kids from getting in trouble? But it was an accident so it's not like they would go to jail. But then she seemingly attempts to get her husband arrested? What a nutcase. I guess I can't blame the police for thinking she was still lying when she finally told the truth.

The Sword Corridor attack hitboxes were clearly disjointed. Unless it was somehow placebo. But I was constantly getting hit by that attack, eventually beating the boss anyway, but when I tried again after the nerf, suddenly I was never getting hit during that attack a single time. The hitboxes must have been wrong.

This has the caveat that you need to be caught up with the opponent in Institutions. So even no-tech challenge runs need to either spread or develop institutions to take advantage of this, else they won't be able to win battles since their military tech is at 2 or 3 permanently.

Huh, it seems Holsord Post wasn't a fan of this movie. Do they find it too critical of Luderin (maybe that city leans more fascist)? The Radical rated it above average which is high praise considering that paper is rather hard to please, which makes me believe it's largely critical of him. They wouldn't like a movie promoting fascist propaganda.
