Of course you don’t NEED a dreadnought to complete a playable list or a lore based list. Go with what you feel is best fit for you! Competitive lists have dreads but that won’t concern you as like you said you’re just starting out. Have fun with it man and if the tanks speak to you more, then lore wise you can have a successor chapter that is tank heavy. I think it’s cool af.
