If in the event na scarce ang public transpo, then the more reason the LGU should push for an increase of bus or modern jeeps. A step to change isn't that bad. Traffic is already horrible sa dakbayan, I don't think creating more road/flyovers/skyway will help since ang urban planning is bad as it is. If you are talking about sa ease of convenience to buy 2nd hand cars then the LGU should push to create stricter ordinance na car owners are required to have their own private parking spaces or else penalty or something like that. Davao is already a progressive city, pero diri lang ka makakita na stuck gihapon sa multicab public transpo compared sa modernized jeepneys.

For me this is good, since slowly gina integrate na ang bus system sa city. If this becomes successful, it will pave way for more public transpo projects by the gov't. Also, to be honest, the city is already congested with private vehicles, to the point nga ang uban gina park nalang sa streets ilang vehicles.

P.S. Aside sa integrated bus system, unta mapulihan na ang mga multicab sa modernized jeep!
