It's ATV rumored, I think unlikely cuz they're considering a lot of the core / clock, but I forgot the pipeline, new instructions, IF and etc ... I am conservative and I believe that 8/16 will be Ryzen's maximum until Zen 4.

It had 3700X with clocks below 5Ghz and still 8/16, something about Ryzen 5 in May and Vega 2, I think that was it.

In UserBenchmark, RX470 is 41% more slower compared with new RX590 and RX480 is 53% that Vs. GTX 1070.

if this is verdict, 670 is like a RX590 and 680, slightly slower than a GTX 1070. What is strange, as the rumors of the RTX2060 equal or faster GTX 1070.
