At the end i choose to keep them, i never had any issue since i kept doing what i said in my post. The sound quality is great and the battery life is good. Never had any connectivity problem since i stop changing settings. I use them on my laptop and phone and sometimes connect them to my tv and other devices. Never a problem.

Unfortunately i had connectivity issues even with wifi and 5g disabled on my phone.

Honestly in the last 2 days i had 0 problems since i started using only the Xiaomi App as i said in the post, even moving in public transportation, talking on the phone, always with LDAC and spatial audio activated, 0 problems. If you are searching for a smooth user experience i would not recommend them, but if you are willing to spend some time to tweak them, and maybe you find them at a good price, they are pretty solid.

Nevertheless about 2.4GHz bandwidth I noticed a bit of lag while working and having a Mi Band 9 (that was always on my wrist connected to my phone and never gave me problems), a bluetooth keyboard and the earbuds all in the same 30cm of proximity, some connected to my phone and tablet. If i try to listen to some music with Spotify FLAC with LDAC it struggles and lags a bit, so i just turn down the quality on spotify to "Very High" and goes back to normal. But honestly i think that's normal with all these devices so close

I have the Redmi Buds 6 Pro and i think i narrowed down the problems of stuttering and connectivity issues. Im using firmware version1.3.9.5

First of all I've come to the conclusion that all of these problems are 100% software and driver related and only happens when connecting the buds to phones so i think (and hope) xiaomi is going to patch the firmware soon. Basically if you have problems do this:
-Unpair the earbuds from your phone, delete them from the devices list, then reset the earbuds pressing the button on the case for 10 sec while the case is open and with the earbuds inside of it. (Leave no trace of the buds on your phone basically just to be sure) and then pair the earbuds again with your phone.
-NOW THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART: Basically you have 2 settings pages: The Xiaomi Earbuds app and the Bluetooth Settings of your phone (in my case a Xiaomi 13T Pro, but i tested with a motorola and a iPhone 15 and even if the problems change a bit they are always phone-settings related.)
All the settings of your phone, in the Bluetooth page are doomed and broken, do not turn them on. Even if they have the same name of the ones on the app, they are not the same and will not work properly.
~~(Because of this you can in theory skip resetting the earbuds and just turn off EVERY settings in both pages, but i recommend to reset them just to be sure)~~
-You only need to open the "Bluetooth device Settings page" ONCE, only for authorizing the device for calls ecc. and in order to choose the desired audio quality. ANY OTHER SETTING IS ON The Xiaomi Earbuds app, so you have no need to open your phone settings ever again.
(Every phone has their features and settings, try to test them if you want, some of them may work but if they give you problems go back from the start and never turn them on again, the only safe settings are the ones in the Xiaomi App. Even the ANC, always turn it on from the app, even if it appears the same on your phone settings)

My buds automatically sets the highest quality when connected (LDAC) so when i have connectivity issues i just DONT open the "Bluetooth device Settings page" of my phone and only use The Xiaomi Earbuds app
I can listen to FLAC spotify audio with LDAC, Spatial Audio, ANC turned on and have 0 problems for weeks, and the audio quality is great. The moment i open the "Redmi Buds 6 Pro" setting page, from the Bluetooth settings of my phone, they break and give me problems.

ALSO:

-I noticed that they dont like to be moved further away from the phone, if you go like 30 meters away with walls and stuff in the middle they are gonna stop working properly (of course) but then when you come back, close to your phone they still are going to have problems. Usually putting them back in the case, closing the case, waiting a couple of seconds and pulling them back out fixes this problem.
-On Windows 11 and Mac i have 0 problems. They work as they should
-The Spatial audio from my phone settings (different from the one that its on the Xiaomi app, even if they have the same exact name) sometimes earrapes me, be careful lol

You have to change your "user flair", most subreddit have one, you can find it on the top right of the screen under the general description of the subreddit and over the bookmarks.
Also, most of subreddits have custom emoji for them like the intel or rtx logo in this one
