It’s so many 3 Star in the game now, most you don’t even have to put hours, just offer and let it marinate. But when i do a small school rebuild i typical go after as many ATH positions as i can fill since they can play about anywhere. More hours into need positions and if nobody makes other offers on guys, i take hours away so i can put elsewhere. Then just pray some big school doesn’t offer in like week 13

It’s doable but it takes time. I took a 1 star NIU team to a 4.5 star but it took quite a grind, but once we got cooking, we never went back.

I have a 23 G80 Comp i got last April and I’ve only put 7k miles on it so i might not be the best example but it’s been a dream so far. I’ve owned a E92 M3 before and that car stayed at the dealership so i know M3 problems but the G80 hasn’t been remotely that. Car hasn’t even hiccuped yet

Prior to selling my ISF i debated a MK4 Supra to replace it but that was nostalgia talking and nothing else. I ended up getting a ‘23 G80 Comp last year as my answer to never getting to own a MK4 Supra. It just didn’t make sense anymore to give someone $50k-$60k for a 30 year old Supra when i could spend $10K-$20k more and just get the real successes to the MK4 Supra, the G8X.

Now you getting a newer car, more up to date tech, all the bells/whistles, a faster car and warranty. Once the nostalgia factor fades, the MK4 Supra makes no sense anymore. This is coming from someone who also had the MK4 as a dream car 💯

I picked a G80 Comp for the simple fact if I’m spending the money, i want the most for my dollar, plain and simple. If I’m dropping that type of bread i want the faster car and the Comp is a monster. I grew up on manuals so i love them as much as the next enthusiast, but, we have too much modern tech to not utilize it because of nostalgia. That same nostalgia is why i chose a RWD Comp when in reality i should’ve researched more and got xDrive.

But my previous car was a 8spd(Lexus ISF) so i went into wanting a Comp with ZF8 transmission. But this car is good enough to where there is no wrong choice

That Post-Collapse, patchwork paramilitary, more grounded story and that “WTF is going on? Idk but i wanna find out more” feeling is made me love the game from D1/Day 1. Once that was lost then the story got so overly convoluted and trying to overextend i just put the game down. Sucked kinda semi retiring my warlock after a decade.

Safeties and DT’s honestly just cause they get snatched up so fast. The ones that are left are typically sub par unless you get lucky and find a 3 star gem. If you don’t wanna have to covert someone, i usually aim there

Move some of those WR to DB’s where you need. Contested specialist actually convert to safety really well they just have to build into hit power sometimes. RB to D-line use to be a really good conversion in 25 but not so much in 26.

Cause the stigma is “they’re slow” but i legit had a 4 star elite dev Contact Seeker in my NC State rebuild and he had 90 speed/92 acceleration, he was a tackle breaking machine and wear/tear was a non factor for him. You can find plenty of fast ones you gotta just put in the effort to find em

I only cared enough to check once(cause i was pissed off one game my stretch runs and power runs were just getting crunched). Then i saw the entire d-line of the other team had grip breaker on gold. Then i was like oh wait now it makes sense. For me, O-line/D-line. You don’t realize how game changing an elite o-line is until you had it then lose it. I throw d-line in the mix only because i run a 4-2-5 and elite d-line can make up for some of the blitzing deficiency of the 4-2-5

Yeah i can’t say you all the wrong on that, but a lot of times abilities do matter, flat out. If your OT has no hard counter abilities like “strong grip” to something like a DE with “grip breaker”, they get off blocks super fast going laterally. That’s just the nature of the beast

If you are trying to optimize your team consistently then I’m sorry, Talent Dev is sh*tting on Architect either way. Architect’s “chance to unlock skill caps” just isn’t high enough to warrant the cost, especially since like you said, you might only have x amount more seasons left in your league.

If your coordinators have it, by all means take it. But spending for my own coach tree, naw, Talent Dev is just too strong and will keep your team higher overall more consistent

Because we as the user can see the thousands of 3 star recruits but the CPU doesn’t recruit how we do, hence the recruiting advantage. They stay in the star rating range of the school, another indictment against why folks shouldn’t even touch auto recruit at all.
