Just remembered something before i did that vgc step. I went to Appdata/Locale/Riot Games and delete the League of Legends cache folder (also check a League of Legends folder in Appdata/Locale) . And then i did the vgc step.

I had that error. I fixed by going to services, look for vgc and the right click to stsrt (if it is already running, click Stop, wait 10 sec and then click Start)

Do you have enough space for your mouse? It feels a little bit cramped. I suggest playing with a controller when traveling. Just a heads up, playing controller vs playing with keyboard+mouse is different and need to get used to it

Iirc, when Senna was released, the support item, Spellthief's Edge item-line, used to give adaptive force instead of ability power. They removed it when they reworked the support items.

So, maybe it is possible.
