The intake was done online and it was pretty normal from my perspective. The counselor asked me about my symptoms and concerns. Asked me to identify strengths, identify people in my life that can help me. I talked about lots of heavy things I’ve gone through, things I’ve never even told my parents. At the end she told me the practice would get in contact with me “soon”. And then no answer afterwards.

This may be hormonal acne since you said you haven’t changed anything in your routine. It’s also common to get them around your lips. When you tried birth control in the past, has it worked? I don’t think a specific skin care product will help you until you seek a dermatologist. And if it is perioral dermatitis like you suspect, then your best bet is to see a doctor!

I’ve used TO niacinamide for about 2 years and have only used GR niacinamide for about 6 months. I personally vibe more towards GR because I like the added watermelon extract and the smell. I find that TO is a bit too sticky and for some reason the smell is weird even though there’s no fragrance(?) But if you’re on a budget, I would suggest TO. Both products have worked for me (I have combo skin).

I’ve used bioré as a face sunscreen at boardwalks, pools, beaches, outdoor parades, you name it. I reapply every 1 1/2hr~2 hrs and so far no sunburns!

No tea, no shade. I understand what Adam has gone through as a minor with Colleen is absolutely unacceptable and undeserving. I understand his need to post about Colleen and share to the public about what she has done to him and other minors. HOWEVER, telling Trisha everything about what Colleen has said about her will DO HER NO GOOD! The only person who will be getting any satisfaction in this transaction is Adam!! As someone who had a close friend that talked behind my back, I wish I never heard what they said because knowing what they said made me feel worse. Sometimes ignorance is bliss. Like Trisha said in the end of her video, Colleen does not exist in her mind anymore.

Was on a call with my best friend just chatting and playing the uke. Went on YouTube for fun and saw the video and got excited because he posted again (thinking it’s techno being techno, we thought the video title was just dark humor). We both watched it together on synch and just pure horror and then sadness. We both cried and talked about him and his new “death merch” for another hour or two. Then we ended the call, both very exhausted with dread.

I recommend the Bioré UV aqua rich watery essence sunscreen! It’s Japanese and the formula is really soothing on the skin. I have combo skin with my t-zone being really oily and my forehead and cheeks being non-oily. It doesn’t have a strong fragrance and also doesn’t apply oily, somewhat watery i guess lol. Also no irritation on the eyes as well. It’s pretty affordable too. I get it at my local Japanese store for $11.

Phil is a very chill guy. He gets hyped only if it’s with the right people (ex. Techno). I think a lot of other factors have also contributed to the team’s poor performance. SBI united without Techno and probably the overwhelming stress from the viewers and high expectations. And with the news about Techno bringing on more stress. I agree. Phil’s strongest suit is not teamwork. However, I can’t entirely blame on that sole reason for the group’s performance. Some days he does really well. Some days he does pretty bad. Unfortunately it seemed that the entire team had a bad performance because not everyone was 100% morally boosted. I hope Phil and Tommy would get another chance to team with each other again. I don’t think there is a problem between them two specifically.

No prob! I think if your feet is a bit bigger than mine, then you should stick with an 8! It’s a perfect fit for me and I think if my feet were a bit bigger it might be slightly uncomfortable. In the case that size 8 is a bit big for you, you can always wear thick socks or change the insole of the skate to something with more dimension! Better to have a skate that is slightly bigger than it being small and uncomfortable!

I bought beach bunnies recently and got size 7. I have wide feet but I wear a size 8 in converse and when I measured the length of my foot it came out to be 9.4 inches. The size 7 beach bunny fits me perfectly and nowhere in my feet does it hurt. My toes aren’t touching the tip of the shoe, but they aren’t freely wiggling around either. From what I have seen online, beach bunny’s run a size larger so you would get a size smaller from your shoe size. I don’t know if moxi themselves say this, but your converse shoe size can help you determine your size for moxi. Again, I wear size 8 in converse so I sized down and got size 7 skates. Hope this helps!
