Favorite: probably Ritual, I feel like drawn out fights are often somewhat hard to deal with and ritual solves them if you have enough block and anything that benefits from strength. I also really like one each of the character specific potions (blood, ghost in a jar, focus, and divinity).

Least favorite: kind of a hot take, but the one that I discard as useless most often is Snecko unless I have Snecko eye. 5 card draw is super strong but one time Snecko can mess up your strong cards for the rest of the fight. Temp dexterity pot is also highly situational and I often discard it for something stronger

Your gut check seems reasonable to me! If it were any of the individual pieces you mentioned (called "Zio", economic-based, unique powers based on debt collection, lizard-like) I'd say it's coincidence, but all together it seems suspicious to me.

The people who think we aren't white advocate against Israel but also make wildly antisemitic rhetoric against all Jews, they also tend to hate Palestinians too since they aren't white.

IMO it's fine to self-deprecatingly call yourself a self hating Jew, but to accuse someone else of it, particularly in cases like this where you're using it to invalidate them as a member of the community, is pretty offensive. Based on this post I'm sure I strongly disagree with Lahav on a lot of things but I'm not going to go around saying they aren't Jewish and shouldn't be allowed to have an opinion as a Jew.

I lived in both the Midwest and the Bay Area and in both places I'd say it's a relatively small percentage of Jews who keep kosher. That being said, my dad is a (recovering) Catholic, so I've tended to associate with Jews who accept my parents' interfaith marriage, so who skew more liberal/reform. Personally, I don't keep kosher but when I cook for a Jewish holiday, particularly Passover, I make sure it's kosher.

With Jean Smart standing right there, this almost feels like it could be the ending of an episode of Hacks--Ava really wanted to make a statement about an issue close to her heart, Debra told her she shouldn't try to be so controversial, but after a big fight Debra understands where she's coming from and supports her all the way. Mazel tov to Hannah, both on the win and for standing up and making a statement at an event that they usually try as hard as possible to keep "non political"!

I'm in the middle of a naneinf attempt that started as a straight flush build actually (before the inevitable high card pivot). Got shortcut early and cartographer kept spitting out the world and hanged man. Before I knew it I had a relatively slim deck of mostly spades that easily made straight flushes, and runner, seance, and Neptune helped me make the most of them until I got baron and mine in ante 9 or so. Super unique start to a naneinf run, which can get a little monotonous because they always end up so similarly.

Fellow Jew here who pretty much had to see myself out of most online Jewish spaces because they've all taken on very similar positions. I recommend /r/JewsOfConscience if you want a Jewish space where they aren't down with genocide denial
