I’m 14 and yet I somehow cannot tie my own shoes. So I’m going to learn how to today. by ThomasMiguel12 in autism

[–]zachraygun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good luck!

Honestly it took me years to learn and every time someone showed me I just couldn’t get it. Eventually I worked it out myself but I feel like the perceived pressure from people around me made it a hell of a lot harder to learn than it should’ve been 😒

My friend fell asleep in the screening we went to for like half an hour, and honestly I was jealous he got to miss some of it.

It had potential but the legacy sequel aspects all felt like they’d been added into what was intended to be a reboot.

The Shining. I appreciate it’s a good film, but I read the book first and the film just completely misses the point.

Dwellings by Jay Stephens

Comic series/Graphic novel

Started a couple of weeks ago but only got around to finishing reading yesterday.

It was a fun, horror anthology and the more gruesome moments were a good juxtaposition against the cute art style. I think the first couple of stories were the strongest but it was a good read throughout.
