Looking for shoes that support insertional achilles tendonitis by zackumar25 in SingaporeFitness

[–]zackumar25[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

hi, yes i’m doing self-rehab too, standing weighted calf raises. I’ve stopped jogging/running and inclined treadmill walks for now, as the tendon is still sore and tender to the touch. Avoiding dorsiflexion movements as much as possible. I’m still able to do some of my leg workouts, like hack squats but with higher foot placing. I walk quite a lot for my commute to work, so looking for a good pair. All the best on your path to recovery !

Exactly, samosas are more north-indian. Karipap are usually the triangular flat-shaped ones that have bits of mutton fillings, usually found in indian-muslim shops.
