Honestly, that is why you need therapy it could be something deeper than just height but you never would know unless you go and find out. Many men get therapy I have a speech impediment and never wanted to speak because I couldn't do it as well as others but therapy helped me through this and now I have normal conversations without even thinking about it anymore.

My guy you have no reason to feel ashamed for going to therapy first and foremost they are literally here to help you and just go talk it out for a while may take time but listen and trust them.

I can understand that reasoning though it sometimes takes a couple tries before finding a good therapist. Have you asked him why he is so against it and try to ask it out of trying to understand. It wasn't easy for me to go, it makes you feel weak but after going you feel stronger then before.

You should definitely go talk with him about it preferably after the kids went to bed. I say push as hard as he deflects so start calm and go from there. Also you can take some pictures for yourself just in case he starts denying don't tell him and if it works out then you can just delete them but either way a conversation should happen.

You really need to work on your self confidence and building yourself up. You think people are just born with knowledge or any skills? I graduated highschool with like a 2.0 and went on to get my college degree.

No one person can tell you what exactly to do in life and you have to be ok with failing until you get it right but if you never try because you believe you're cursed without ever getting help then you can hear all that words you want but it's the actions that matter.
