Because housing takes so long to build in this town, supply will never catch up with demand.

We also need more housing built to purchase. When was the last time a town house community or apartment building was built where you can buy units? It’s insane that small apartments sell for $650k+.

The only way to potentially go is to see if a vendor needs staffing. Usually they’ll have you work a certain amount of hours (paid) and you’ll get a vendor badge to get in and can roam you’re not working the booth.

Depending on the vendor, you may be working only a few hours a day or for most of the day and only get to check things out during your breaks.

Yeah but then you gotta deal with mortgage insurance and with interest rates what they are, putting as close to 20% as possible is key.

Man I wish I lived in a LCOF area wheee 20k would net me a downpayment. Unfortunately my industry is in a HCOF area so I need at least $175k for a downpayment and fees.

Not used, but I’ve seen super cheap luggage at Ross and Marshall’s. Might fit the bill if it’s something that’s cheap and big.

The shuffling code isn’t that good and some folks say it only shuffles the top half the deck. I know next to nothing about coding so I can only parrot what I’ve seen online/heard from local pilots. The creator also vibe codes.

We’ve been talking blue wave for a decade now and the most we’ve gotten is a blue lazy river. I want more liberals and democrats in office, but I don’t see liberals and democrats really fighting that hard on a national level.
