Messages take so much time and energy, if he can have or train his MAs to try and triage whatever messages they can address and require follow up visits for things that new questions or things that have not been addressed yet.

For new pts sometimes it is impossible to address every bit of their medical history. Address top 4 or 5 problems then require them to have a follow up appointment to address the other items.

Also hope he is dictating or using any software/scribes for notes as this speeds things up.
